Refund/Exchange Policy & Shipping

We really appreciate you being our customer and want each customer to be happy. We handle refund/exchange on case-by-case basis but our customer's satisfaction at the centre of our policy decisions.

If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, you may do so within 15 days after your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an alternative size or replacement is not available, shop credit may be issued at the discretion of the administrator. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please return them within 15 days of receiving your order. If you need an assistance with the process please contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Because we are a small shop, we can not offer refunds but we offer store credits on purchases.

If you have not selected Tracked shipping we are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us if your package have not arrived on time. All duties and taxes when shipped outside of Canada are responsibility of the customers. If your orders contain pre-order items generally the order will be shipped when all items are in stock.


All sales items are final sale. No returns but will exchange if defective for store credit.
